Hi, I'm Aine Rock

“Begin today. Bravely, because fear, I guarantee, will show up. Fear is a part of life. And fear can exist and you can still move forward.” – Aine Rock

It has been one year since the pandemic touched every facet of our lives. It has also been one year since Rock Your Joy first launched. This week, Aine is reflecting on the theme of resiliency and discusses the value of reframing what is happening in your life so you can focus on the gifts. Listen in and reflect.

Rock Your Joy is officially one year old today! When Aine first started recording, her goal was to inspire through conversations and reflections. The pandemic started around the same time that the first episode was released. The message of the podcast has been intertwined with the pandemic since day one: how do we navigate the chaos and live lives of purpose and passion?

Today Aine is reflecting on her first year as a podcaster. Tune in for a reflection on how you can reframe any situation to find its gifts.

  • (00:34) – First anniversary

  • (09:16) – Hope and gratitude

  • (13:50) – Journey to Joy

Aine Rock is an artist, entrepreneur, mom and High Performance Coach working on becoming the best version of herself and inspiring others to do the same. Rock Your Joy is a place for women to share the unique ways they find, cultivate, and celebrate joy. We’re often so focused on things happening to us that we forget that joy exists within us. Tune in every other week as we find that joy, together.

If you’d like to receive new episodes as they’re published, please subscribe to Rock Your Joy in Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Spotify or wherever you get your podcasts. If you enjoyed this episode, please consider leaving a review in Apple Podcasts. It really helps others find the show.
