“Sometimes it is the simplest and seemingly unimportant moments that string together into joy and a joyful life.” – Aine Rock
When nothing seems to be going your way, it can feel as though you have nothing to look forward to. Joy is not always found in big, milestone events. Sometimes the greatest joys are found in small, everyday moments. This week on Rock Your Joy, we’re reflecting back on the ways guests such as AnnMarie Chereso, Andrea Woroch, Shannon Buth, and Ahyiana Angel find joy in the little things.
2020 has tested the resolve of everyone on the planet. But rather than give in to despair, it is important to remember in good times as well as times of crisis, that even the smallest moments have the power to bring joy.
This week, we’re reflecting on finding joy in the little things. Aine has had some great conversations over the last few months with women who are taking charge of their own happiness. Listen in for interviews with AnnMarie Chereso, Andrea Woroch, Shannon Buth, and Ahyiana Angel among many others for the simple activities they do to bring a smile to their faces.
Whether you’re going on a solo run, stopping to smell the roses, or honoring pauses, when you take the time to appreciate the small things, you can string together more moments of joy.
