Hi, I'm Aine Rock

“We all have our own existential struggle. Keep your eyes on your own paper. Turn down the volume on the outside noise and create your own music. Let the beauty you love be what you do.”

They say there’s no money in art – perhaps that’s why so many of us don’t think of it as a “useful” activity. But all humans are drawn to the beauty and creativity of art. Now is the perfect time to work on an art practice of your own to help you navigate the complex emotions you may be feeling thanks to our friend COVID-19.

As humans, we are drawn to art because it reflects the full range of emotions. Today on Rock Your Joy, Aine wants you to commit to unleashing your inner creative. Whether that’s belting out a Broadway tune in the shower or writing poetry, expressing yourself creatively will help you cope with an ever-changing world.

Aine Rock is an artist, entrepreneur, mom and High Performance Coach working on becoming the best version of herself and inspiring others to do the same. Rock Your Joy is a place for women to share the unique ways they find, cultivate, and celebrate joy. We’re often so focused on things happening to us that we forget that joy exists within us. Tune in every other week as we find that joy, together.
