“I created these systems so that I could support people seeing themselves in possibility. If we don’t see ourselves in possibility, then we can’t take action on anything.”- Stacey Brass-Russell
Everyone loves savasana – that final pose of yoga where you let go and lay in your bliss. But yoga is not an escape from the conflict of everyday life, you still need to chart your path forward. Stacey Brass-Russell is a Life and Business Success Coach who helps people utilize tools such as yoga and mindfulness to help them get through life.
Stacey joined Aine for a conversation on her EVOLVE program (Expand, Visualize, Observe, Let Go, Voice, Engage) and explained how it helps people find order through systems. She also shared advice on shifting from the fear of “what if,” to the curiosity of “I wonder.” Listen to the episode for more of Stacey’s insights.
