Hi, I'm Aine Rock

“The values that matter on The Rock Your Joy podcast are about all women finding and celebrating joy amidst the chaos, the mess, and the demanding seasons of life. And we find ourselves, again, in a demanding season.”

Sometimes it takes a bit of darkness to truly see the light. Such was the case for our guest this week, Shannon Buth. Shannon started an inspirational clothing line after the passing of her mother. She joins Aine on Rock Your Joy to discuss the importance of connection.

What would you do if the most important person in your world was no longer there? If you’re Shannon Buth, you create a movement. This week on the Rock Your Joy Podcast, Shannon joins Aine to discuss how she started her line of inspirational clothing as well as her work with various charities.

Shannon shares how her mother’s battle with cancer led to the idea for her “Live What You Love” collection. She and Aine also talk about the necessity of in-person connection and community. Listen to the episode and live what you love.

Shannon Buth is a wife, mother to 4 beautiful and (spirited) boys, and the founder of House of Shan. She recently started a clothing line – the ‘Live What You Love’ Collection – as a way to spread positivity and give back to women’s charities. Currently, she is giving warm meals to healthcare workers through Feed Our Frontlines.

Aine Rock is an artist, entrepreneur, mom, and High-Performance Coach working on becoming the best version of herself and inspiring others to do the same. Rock Your Joy is a place for women to share the unique ways they find, cultivate, and celebrate joy. We’re often so focused on things happening to us that we forget that joy exists within us. Tune in every other week as we find that joy, together.
