Hi, I'm Aine Rock

“Choosing you. Literally creating time in your day that is only for you, that becomes your sacred time. I believe this can be life changing.”

If you’ve been finding yourself more anxious than usual, it’s time to think about setting an intentional morning practice. A morning ritual or routine will help ground you so you can not only plan out your day, but also take some time to reflect. Listen for tips on creating your own practice and sign up for the Rock Your Joy 5 Day Rise Early Challenge!

Overwhelm is the word of the year. After months of lockdown due to COVID-19, we’re witnessing a seismic, societal shift thanks to the efforts of the Black Lives Matter Movement. The amount of change that we are all collectively dealing with on such a rapid time frame is enough to stir anxiety in even the most centered or stoic among us. This is our body’s way of giving us clues and letting us know that it is time to slow down.

If you find yourself feeling overwhelmed or anxious, consider creating your own sacred morning routine. Even though the idea of waking up as early as 5 am may sound crazy to you, getting up a bit earlier, before your family, is a way for you to take some time to reflect and do the things that support and nourish you.

Listen to the episode for tips on creating your own personal morning routine. Then, sign up at this link if you would like to take part in my 5 Day Rise Early Challenge. Every morning for five days you’ll get an email from me with a prompt and a reminder to wake up early to create time for yourself. This is a life-changing practice to help you get aligned with your purpose and have a positive ripple effect.
