Hi, I'm Aine Rock

“It’s the process that I’ve learned to completely fall in love with. And that’s I think what’s really helping me right now is I’m in love with the process.”

Mar stepped away from a lucrative career in finance to follow her passion by creating a lifestyle brand of coaching and yoga. Today she joins Aine to discuss how she juggles being a new mom with her responsibilities as both a brand and a life coach. Listen for advice on communicating with your partner and learning to fall in love with the process, not the end result.

Even if you’re lucky enough to create a career based on your passions, that doesn’t mean you will never feel work stress again. Mar is our guest this week and is here to discuss the delicate balance between being a new mom, managing a business with multiple revenue streams, and keeping a healthy relationship with her spouse during the quarantine.

Mar has invaluable advice for new moms and for couples navigating their new normal from home. She also lets us know how she finds joy even in these troubled times.
