The holidays this year are going to look a bit different thanks to the continued spread of COVID-19. You are probably feeling some combination of anger, sadness, and disappointment. That’s ok! 2020 has thrown us all for a loop. In many cities across the United States, a second series of COVID lockdowns are taking place right before the holidays. If you’ve made the difficult decision not to see your family for Thanksgiving or the December holidays, you’re likely feeling disappointment, sadness, anger, or even grief.
