Hi, I'm Aine Rock

“Set some time to rest and relax, to turn off your computer, to turn off the email. Not having enough time to rest is a myth.” – Aine Rock

Pandemic life has forced many of us into a constant state of work. Whether you’re stuck in constant Zoom meetings or you’re helping at-home learners, we all need to take time and create the routines that give us space to recharge. Tune into this week’s episode of Rock Your Joy for Aine’s tips on how you can recharge, reset, and reclaim the boundaries in your life.

The pandemic has forced many of us into constant pivot mode where we’re trying to exist as families, learners, and employees all under one roof. For those of us lucky enough to keep our jobs thanks to the possibilities of remote work, it’s easy to let work and school take over our lives. Resetting boundaries is the key to ensure you are getting the mental and emotional breaks you need to stay healthy.

This week on Rock Your Joy, Aine calls for digital sunsets – the idea of making the unplugging of devices a regular part of your routine. She also makes the case for taking time in the middle of the day to do something delightful. Listen to the episode for Aine’s tips to ensure that you’re getting the rest you need.

Aine Rock is an artist, entrepreneur, mom, and High-Performance Coach working on becoming the best version of herself and inspiring others to do the same. Rock Your Joy is a place for women to share the unique ways they find, cultivate, and celebrate joy. We’re often so focused on things happening to us that we forget that joy exists within us. Tune in every other week as we find that joy, together.
