This week, I had the pleasure of sitting down with Jenne Todd, an expert community cultivator and owner of the Shift Collective. As a transformation coach, Jenne thrives on building a community in which women feel safe and supported to pursue their deepest work. Jenne articulates her mission as guiding women to achieve a higher level of freedom.
To Jenne, achieving this level of freedom means living authentically. Through both her work and identity, Jenne encourages others to show up as their fullest and truest selves. To her, living at this elevated level of freedom is the definition of thriving.
Jenne finds deep fulfillment in helping women embrace their truest selves: the freedom, success, and happiness that comes when we free ourselves from expectation and image. Jenne helps others cultivate joy by encouraging them to be themselves.
In order to scale her impact, Jenne launched Shift Collective. Her coaching program encourages women to open themselves to new opportunities, ideas, and relationships to promote healing and growth. Shift Collective helps women reclaim their strength and find the courage to transform the life they’ve always dreamed of into a reality. From retreats, online training, workshops, and coaching, Shift Collective offers a variety of resources and programs to help empower women to be free in all aspects of their lives.
To Jenne, joy does not equal happiness: joy equals gratitude. Jenne feels incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to positively impact so many women. Listen as Jenne and I chat about the power of finding strength in the struggle. Recognizing the beauty in the struggle can help us break free to live life as our most authentic selves.
