Hi, I'm Aine Rock

Are you waiting for something to happen before you can be happy? We need the job, we need the house, we need the ten thousand new clients.  But this is something I have discovered in my own process… it’s okay to feel joy first. It’s okay to feel pleasure, no matter what’s going on in your life.

In fact that’s why one of my top courses is called: Align and Design.  We align first. In her book Wild the author Cheryl Strayed writes: My mother used to say something that drove me nuts. There is a sunrise and a sunset every day and you can choose to be there for it. You can put yourself in the way of beauty.

Often we look at resilience as being a thing we need to build towards struggle… But what about being resilient to pleasure? What about feeling joy? Start from a place of joy, and slowly build your life from that place.
