Hi, I'm Aine Rock

“Let’s together release ourselves of this notion that we can do it all and instead ask ourselves, can we do what matters?”

Just because you are busy doesn’t mean you are being productive. A lot of moms feel like they need to do it all. The truth, however, is that you need to focus on the things that matter to you and release everything else. Aine explores this concept on this edition of Rock Your Joy. Listen and think about what you can take off your plate.

In our quest to be picture-perfect moms, it is easy to take on way too much. Doing it all will just leave you exhausted and overwhelmed. Instead, it is time to take a hard look at everything on your plate and think about what you can release.

This week on Rock Your Joy, Aine is offering tips on how you can create space in your life to do the work that really matters. Listen and create a daily practice that leaves you feeling accomplished and supported.

Aine Rock is an artist, entrepreneur, mom and High Performance Coach working on becoming the best version of herself and inspiring others to do the same. Rock Your Joy is a place for women to share the unique ways they find, cultivate, and celebrate joy. We’re often so focused on things happening to us that we forget that joy exists within us. Tune in every other week as we find that joy, together.
