Hi, I'm Aine Rock

“Sometimes the expansion happens in places we least expect. The smaller, shadow spaces that these bigger moves in life bring up is where we find our true growth.”

No one can be brave all the time. Vulnerability is a virtue. When we partner with our vulnerabilities, we allow others in to help us. This week on Rock Your Joy, Aine gets real and shares some of her personal vulnerabilities. Tune in and think about how you can lean into the growth that happens when you allow yourself to truly be vulnerable.

Most of us move through life taking things on the chin and trying to power through obstacles with bravery and courage. While there is a time and place for that, it is so important that we allow ourselves to be vulnerable and ask for help when we need it.

For Aine, this idea came to a breaking point with her ongoing move across country. On this week’s edition of Rock Your Joy, Aine gets vulnerable and makes the case for why you should too. Take a listen.

(00:34) – The underbelly of expansion

Aine Rock is an artist, entrepreneur, mom and High Performance Coach working on becoming the best version of herself and inspiring others to do the same. Rock Your Joy is a place for women to share the unique ways they find, cultivate, and celebrate joy. We’re often so focused on things happening to us that we forget that joy exists within us. Tune in every other week as we find that joy, together.
