“Ultimately our habits create our life. And so the invitation is actually to become curious and present and willing to take yourself off autopilot and check in: is this life I’ve created the one I really want, am I being who I want to be?”
Creating a life that you’re excited about begins with your own actions. Sometimes, we fall into routines that don’t serve us, or once did and don’t anymore. That’s why it’s important to step back and reflect on your habits to ask if your day-to-day actions are helping cultivate the life you want.
On this week’s edition of Rock Your Joy, Aine shares how moving to California took her out of autopilot, allowing her to examine her habits and think about new ones. Plus, she covers how exploring mind, body, and breath exercises has helped her better understand her goals.
