Hi, I'm Aine Rock

“We can become open to new opportunities when we are truly grateful for what we have already created, because everything in your life right now is something you already manifested.”

It’s easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of the holiday season. Our to-do list grows and we can’t help but feel like there isn’t enough time, enough money, enough energy… And in this feeling of lack, we forget that the holiday season is about connection, love, and gratitude.

This week on Rock Your Joy, Aine talks about the narrative of overwhelm that is associated with the holiday season and how we don’t have to subscribe to it. She invites us to focus on what you do have, instead of what you don’t, to help you manifest more of what you desire in the new year.

  • (00:47) – The story of overwhelm

  • (01:10) – Busy season

  • (02:42) – Embracing connection

  • (04:12) – Celebrating what we have

  • (06:46) – External validations

  • (08:01) – Shifting the lens

  • (10:12) – Trust, oneness, gratitude

  • (11:40) – Abundance in the new year
